Debate Topic : People who buy from street vendors should be fined

I do not agree with the fine for the street vendors. Why should they be fined? they just had a small income but they also have to pay a fine. If the government really intends for curb the street vendors, the government should make a special land them. Because if it only means there are only fined for government benefits. we live in a democratic country. So we should be able to think of the fate of the traders do not just think of the government. how the city would prosper if we only think of the above. we also have to think that's down. If it is true our country is a democracy then be made a place for traders for them a trade. because they maybe only get revenue from trade. government must act wisely
